Russell Peters

Russell is a company Director; a Chartered Cost Consultant with over 30 years’ experience in Construction and Development. Russell, with Tom, founded Quartz in September 2008. Russell specialises in Project Management and Cost Consultancy of private commercial works primarily in the office, industrial, retail and residential sectors and oversees major projects.

Steve Doughty

Steve is a company Director; a Chartered Cost Consultant with over 35 years’ experience in Construction and Development. Steve specialises in Cost Consultancy of private commercial schemes primarily in the office, retail and residential sector. He oversees complex and major projects as well as maintaining a constant presence in the Project Team.

Daniel Gillespie

Dan is a company Director; a Chartered Building Surveyor by trade with over 18 years’ experience in the industry. After becoming chartered, Dan progressed into Project and Commercial Management and now works on a variety of complex, multi-stakeholder projects. These range from masterplan city redevelopments to industrial new builds. He specialises in stakeholder management and implementation of development strategy.

Paddy Donaghy

Paddy is one of the company Directors; a Project Manager with extensive experience delivering services to clients in the commercial and residential property sectors. Paddy specialises in the refurbishment and repositioning of existing buildings to create high grade offices ready for marketing and letting.

Bill Arnold

Bill is a company Director; a Chartered Surveyor and Project Manager with over 28 years’ experience delivering projects for clients across multiple sectors. Bill continues to direct some of our biggest projects whilst driving the growing success of the company. He specialises in Project and Development Management of private commercial sector projects primarily in the residential, office, mixed-use, hotel and retail sectors.

Steve Ahern

Steve is a company Director; a Chartered Cost Consultant with over 30 years’ experience within the residential, commercial, hotel, retail, mixed use and urban regeneration sectors. Steve is actively involved in following the alternatives investment sector enabling Quartz to be a leading provider of Project Manager and Cost Consultancy services based on delivery of schemes to date valuing over £290m in this sector.

Babak Erfani

Babak is a company Director; a Chartered Cost Consultant with over 15 years’ experience within the residential, commercial, education, office, hotel and student sectors. Babak started his career as a Cost Consultant for a major contractor working his way to a senior Cost Consultant. Utilising his contractor experience and knowledge, Babak has provided significant value to the Quartz team during the procurement, delivery and close-out of projects.

Paraic is a company Director in our Irish business, a Chartered Project Manager, with over 15 years' experience within residential, commercial, and industrial sectors and has gained experience working in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Ireland.

Keith Sarchett

Keith is a Chartered Cost Consultant with over 25 years’ experience whose primary role now extends to Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Tenant Liaison.

Riccardo Rizzi

Riccardo has more than 20 years’ experience advising clients as diverse as Derwent London, Crosstree Real Estate Partners, Harrods, Starbucks and Ford, providing attention to detail and financial precision whilst combing client facing skills and strategic vision.

Philip Attrill

Philip has over 40 years’ experience providing Cost Consultancy and Employer’s Agent services to clients across all construction sectors on a wide range of new build, redevelopment and refurbishment projects, from conception and feasibility, through to final account agreement.

Alex Ngu

Alex has 12 years’ experience as a Cost Consultant on projects ranging in cost from £300,000 to £35 million including offices, high end retirement village, residential scheme, student accommodation and industrial unit/distribution warehouse.

Mike Atkinson

Mike is a Senior Construction Project Manager experienced in the residential, commercial and hotel sectors. With specialist knowledge and experience in the high-end residential sector and in the conversion and alteration of existing and listed buildings, Mike has worked on a variety of projects throughout the UK.

Stefan Westlof

Stefan has extensive experience of working in the construction industry and has overseen the delivery of high end private residential properties throughout the UK and abroad.

Greg is a Project Manager with over 20 years' experience in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors with specialist renewable, sustainability and building services engineering skills.

Richard Booth

Richard is an MRICS qualified Cost Consultant and has worked across multiple sectors over the past 25 years. For the last 5 years Richard has focused on the industrial sector providing Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultant roles for a leading UK developer.

Hugh has over 15 years’ experience in the property industry; across all asset classes, from inception of development projects to asset management and enhancement.

Brian has over 38 years’ experience in the positions of Project Manager/Employer’s Agent, Fund Monitor and Cost Consultant in both the public and private sectors delivering industrial, commercial, leisure, retail and residential projects.

Adam is a senior, Chartered Cost Consultant based in our Manchester office. Adam's experience ranges across all sectors of residential and mixed-use schemes.

Scott is a Chartered Cost Consultant with over 9 year’s experience having worked predominately in commercial / office fit-out section but also has experience in the hotel, residential and student accommodation sectors.

Jessica Wortelhock

Jess is a Senior Project Manager at Quartz for nearly 4 years. Prior to this, she was Client-side Development Manager focused on building and refurbishing super prime residential development in Central London.

Jennifer Krauklis

Jennifer has helped build and grow the Manchester office as Office Manager and Team Secretary since April 2018. She has further developed her role by assisting our Project Managers on our Manchester schemes.

Sasha Senderowich

Sasha is an Assistant Cost Consultant who works closely with the QS team delivering high end retirement villages, as well as assisting on residential schemes.

Simon Brereton

Simon is a senior, Chartered Cost Consultant and Project Manager based in our Manchester office. Simon has over 30 years extensive experience within the residential sector including student, PRS, senior living and high-end residential including refurbishment and conversion of existing and listed buildings. Simon also has vast experience working within the hotel, FMCG’s and healthcare sectors and has worked on a variety of projects throughout the UK.

Archie Bagnall

Archie has worked within the property industry for over 16 years, he has experience within the commercial, residential, and private office sectors.

Murat Mullali

Murat is a Chartered Building Surveyor with experience across multiple sectors in the UK, including residential, commercial and industrial project delivery.

Antony Pochin

Antony has 40 years’ experience in the construction and property industries, 30 of which were spent with two major building and civil engineering contractors delivering public and private sector commercial and industrial projects. Over the last 10 years Antony has specialised in project management and contract administration, delivering both new build and refurbished industrial and commercial buildings throughout the North of England.

Tim is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience in project management of commercial interior and external fit outs and refurbishments; and building consultancy professional services. Tim has a track record in delivering projects on time, in budget, and good success in the co-ordination and management of the design team and contractors.

Emily is the company’s Finance and Operations Manager, with a first class Economics degree and a passion for business, she has been in charge of all things finance at Quartz.

Alex is Chartered Project Manager with over 8 years’ experience in Construction and Consultancy. Alex specialises in Project Management across a number of sectors, namely logistics distribution centres, hotel and leisure and more recently student residencies.

Richard Stewart is a Chartered Cost Consultant with over 20 years’ experience in Construction and Development. Richard’s experience as a project director spans commercial, residential, science, higher education, museum’s, heritage, logistics and distribution.

Alex is a Project Manager with over 5 years’ experience. He has worked on infrastructure, commercial and residential projects, and has a background in civil engineering.

James Atkinson

James is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 5 years’ experience within the commercial, logistical and education sectors, undertaking technical due diligence, dilapidations, monitoring and contract administration roles.

Martin Croft

Martin has over 15 years’ experience delivering construction projects within the commercial, residential and hospitality sectors, located in the UK and Internationally.

Gizem Dagli

Gizem is a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Management with Marketing. She has some intern experience in digital marketing through channels like search engines, websites, social media and email. She is in the core of all marketing activities in Quartz.

Marina Ranger

Marina has been in the Business Operations field for 9 years and has worked across a variety of industries including property, events and communications. Her experience lies in improving efficiencies and productivity to drive business' forward. She has completed and passed her Level 5 HR Diploma last year, meaning she is now a member of the CIPD body at Associate level.

Joao Mestre

Joao Mestre is a Chartered Cost Consultant with over 30 years’ experience in Construction and Development.

Ony is a Chartered Building Surveyor who has worked in a number of sectors including commercial, retail, leisure, defence, education and residential. As a result driven individual, he achieved a first class honours degree in Building Surveying.

Adrian Lim

Adrian is a Project Manager bringing over 15 years experience in the built environment, including specialisms in sustainable design and energy efficiency. Adrian has extensive experience in the residential, heritage and mixed-use sectors.

Joseph is a Project Manager with extensive procurement experience. Background in brining about change management and delivering projects for public sector clients. Experience in residential, urban regeneration and mixed development use.

Josh Watson

Josh is a recent graduate and has now started his Cost Consultancy career as an Assistant Cost Consultant with Quartz. Before starting as a Cost Consultant he gained 7 years’ experience working as a Groundworker for a few small sub-contractors.

David is a Chartered Cost Consultant with over 7 years’ experience in Cost Consultancy and Project Management within residential, education and retail sectors.

John Tamilia

John is a Chartered Cost Consultant with over 25 years’ experience within Consultancy and Developer organisations working across mixed-use, retail, BTR residential, student, office and science & education sectors.

LEE FISHER

Lee is a Chartered MRICS Project Manager with over 8 years’ experience within the construction industry delivering a variety of different projects for large multinational clients. Lee specialises in Project Management having completed a MSc and APMP qualifications.

David Walls

David is a Chartered Cost Consultant with over 30 years’ experience in Construction and Development. David specialises in the private residential and hotel sectors, as well as large scale manufacturing units and commercial and retail developments. He is accustomed to working on small to large scale projects, working closely with the client and design team to ensure a successful outcome.

Kevin is a Chartered Cost Consultant with experience across various sectors including stadia/arenas, museums, residential, commercial and industrial, both in the UK and abroad.

Thomas Quested

Tom is a Quantity Surveyor with 8 years’ experience predominantly within the residential and commercial sectors. Tom has been involved in a number of key projects ranging from mixed use to more specialist works at the Bank of England and has experience in both QS and EA roles.

John Maugham

John is a Project Manager, with 10 years’ experience in the Retail Sector. John Started in Retail Implementation and then moved on to PM Delivery, concentrating on Retail Fit Out. This included New Sites, Relocations, Relocations, closures and Ad Hoc Programme Management.

Andrew Hirst

Andy is a Project Manager who has worked across various sectors including commercial, retail and mixed-use. In addition to his client-side consultancy experience, Andy has a background in sub-contract commercial management.
