Winter Street

Winter Street, Sheffield is a new purpose built student accommodation, providing 250 student units with a mix of clusters and studios. We were appointed as Project Managers, Cost Consultants and Employer’s Agents to deliver the sixteen storey, superb high quality apartments located within just a 5-minute walk to Sheffield University. The project was completed in September 2021, at the start of the new academic year.

The building also offers extensive communal spaces including student lounges, gym, study spaces and roof terraces. On the 5th floor, residents can enjoy the view from the top with electric BBQs, fridges and an outdoor cinema screen.
