Quartz were appointed in the dual role of Project Manager and Cost Consultant for the development of a boutique hotel in Stratford East London. The scheme involved the refurbishment of a grade II listed coach house and development of a new build extension. The hotel contains 90 beds incorporating a number of suites, lounge, coffee shop and gymnasium.
