Waterfront Studios Business Centre
Situated next to the Royal Victoria Docks, the Waterfront Studios project sought to refurbish and enhance the existing business centre by adding valuable communal spaces, co-working spaces, improved internal and external aesthetic of the building, improved access to the building and improved indoor lighting and air quality. The client, General Projects, brought Quartz on board as Project Managers, Cost Consultants and Employer’s Agents along with David Webb Associates for the MEPH design and Architecture 00 for the architectural design elements.
