Quartz are working alongside General Projects with the Preferred Developer selected by Southwark Council on the partial redevelopment and reinstatement of Walworth Town Hall. The Grade II listed Walworth Town Hall, which suffered fire damage in 2013, is undergoing extensive renovations incorporating a CAT ‘A’ fit-out. This truly iconic landmark from the 19th century has a rich heritage dating back to 1894. Once completed, it will eventually house a mix of studio work spaces, restaurants, community areas, and event spaces.
