The Toybox

The Toybox in Birmingham completed with Quartz acting as fund monitors on the development for Moorfield Group, and Torsion Group and Developments completing the construction works. The scheme is a new-build high-end student accommodation scheme with 290 beds over 14 storeys. Practical Completion was achieved on the 2nd September 2019 in preparation for the 290 students who have now moved in for the academic year. This scheme has been delivered in 65 weeks, on time and on budget and the development is 100% occupied – a real success story.
