The Island Quarter
Nottingham’s largest redevelopment project. Quartz have been appointed as Project Managers and Cost Consultants for the 40-acre urban development of the Southside area of Nottingham. This scheme is leading the way in sustainability, creativity, and innovation, with the transformation of new homes, grade A office spaces, retail units, a lifestyle hotel and so on. Phase 1a, consists of the enabling works for Canal Turn and the redevelopment of the Island Quarter in Nottingham including ground investigations, piling, contamination and remediation works to make way for Phase 1b. Phase 1b, which includes a hotel, co-living and BtR scheme, amenity areas and associated external works/landscaping and highways is due to complete in Q4 2024.
