Stratford Studios, being delivered for our client Aquastrada Limited and funder Aberdeen Standard Investments, will deliver a 158 unit built-to-rent residential development in East London. We are acting as Project Managers, Cost Consultants and Employer’s Agent for this unique co-living scheme, comprises the new build blocks of micro apartments, between 20 – 30 square meters. Dedicated on-site management will be provided to the residents, alongside a variety of events and communal amenity spaces.
