We are delighted to be supporting our client Columbia Threadneedle Investments in their ambitious plans for the development of a c150 acre site adjacent to the north of Stansted Airport. We are appointed as Project Managers and Cost Consultants to deliver c2.1m ft² of space aimed at Logistics, E-commerce and Life Science markets. The client’s aspiration is to deliver a net-zero carbon logistics park to serve London and East Anglia regions.
