Quartz are working for the Duchy of Lancaster as Project Managers and Employer’s Agents for the redevelopment of SavoyStrand. The project involves a major refurbishment of the existing 1920’s building with the addition of two new storeys to the front and four to the rear block. Geoffrey Osborne have been appointed as the main contractor and have now been on site for 8 months. Demolition has completed with the new steel frame beginning to be installed to the front block. This is the largest single refurbishment project undertaken by the Duchy and once completed, it will provide a landmark retail and office space in the heart of London.
