We acted as Project Managers, Cost Consultants and Employer’s Agents on the project on a mixed-use development in Bognor Regis, with Landlink Estates. The scheme granted planning permission and includes an 80-bed hotel, gym, pub/restaurant, 2 drive-thru restaurants and 255,000 sqft of industrial / warehouse and distribution units of varying sizes plus site-wide infrastructure.
