Republic

Republic (Formerly East India Dock) is a landmark development in the London Docklands; bringing to life a site comprising the refurbishment, extension and new build of two office buildings (Import and Export) and the creation of a central public realm area. The development utilised sustainable such as constructing new structures out of CLT and Glulam and creating ecological environments for the biodiversity in the public realm to thrive.

Quartz have acted as Project Managers and Cost Consultants and Employer’s Agents to deliver phase 1 at the Import Building, which is an office refurbishment with a gym and retail and public realm works. Republic London was named Commercial Project of the Year and Solid Wood Project of the Year at Structural Timber Awards 2020.
