Quay House
The Quay House is a mixed-use scheme in Canary Wharf for our client Firethorn Trust, located in the heart of London’s primary financial district. The development will comprise a new-build 35-storey hospitality tower, providing a 400 key hotel with an additional 280 serviced apartments for residents. Other proposed facilities include the landscaped public area on the tower’s podium at level 3, a restaurant with open-air platform and other leisure facilities. Planning permission was secured in Q1 2020 and construction has begun with demolition works on site. Once completed, Quay House will bring significant benefits to the local community both economically and socially, as it will create hundreds of new jobs and provide a vibrant space to surrounding public spaces. Several third-party agreements include but are not limited to Network Rail, Thames Waterways, party walls rights of light.
