Qbic, a chain of boutique hotels, had their second site in the UK with Quartz appointed as project managers. The scheme was in a high profile location on Deansgate in Manchester’s central shopping and nightlife district. Works consisted of the complete strip out and refurbishment of the existing building and fit out of 261 bed hotel with an associated in-house food and beverage and back of house facilities and gym area.
