An interesting and challenging project to refurbish three floors a grand 19th-centuary Grade II listed building on Horse Guards Avenue, previously the head quarters of UK secret intelligence service, MI6. The refurbishment of the space was to make it ready as a tech hub workspace for GovTech businesses and startups, including 13 large studios catering for 205 desks, 3 meeting rooms, large catering and events space and library area.
