Quartz are acting as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultant on a Refurbishment and Extension project which will create circa 233,000 sq/ft high quality CAT A Office Space including full replacement of M&E. The existing atrium will be infilled from levels 2 – 9 to create additional NIA as well as new bike storage and associated shower/changing facilities. The design will include new flexible retail areas at ground and basement levels, the installation of new full height maintenance access doors to the existing roof terraces and the activation of the Ground Floor entrances and underused spaces at street level. The refurbishment is aiming for a “very good” BREEAM rating.
