No. 1 Poultry Street
No. 1 Poultry was originally designed by James Stirling and is the youngest listed building in the UK (originally constructed in 1997). Works included 145,000 sqft CAT A refurbishment of office space, new entrance works and new subterranean retail space.
Retail: Strip out of existing 28,000sq ft. ground and concourse retail units. 20,000sq ft Concourse retail unit has been let in sheel and core to Puttshack, the mini-golf entertainment pub.
Commercial: Strip out and partial CAT A to existing 115,000sq ft. basement mezzanine, ground and levels 1-5. These areas have been let to We Work.
Operational Retail and Restaurants: Retail unit on ground floor and restaurant on roof remained operational throughout the refurbishment.
