Science Creates Old Market is an incubator for early-stage scientific businesses in the heart of Bristol. We were appointed as Project Managers and Cost Consultants for the conversion of a 35,000 sqft industrial unit into Grade A Bioscience and Deep Tech Incubator space. The scope of the project included the construction of 16 laboratories, offices, outreach lab and an events space. Science Creates made this significant milestone a reality through collaboration with the University of Bristol and Research England. We are delighted to be part of this innovative scheme which has been an exciting step forward in the development of this type of inspiring environments, where universities and businesses can collaborate and work together.
