Norman House
The scheme comprised the extension and refurbishment of a 6 storey building located on the Strand, including office space aimed at the TMT sector. Quartz has assisted in obtaining planning permission from Westminster City Council for the multi-million pound refurbishment of Norman House, in the heart of the Savoy estate. The development project included a major refurbishment of the existing 1920s building as well as the addition of two new storeys to the front, and four to the rear which will improve roof lines at the front and rear.
