We are delighted to be appointed as Project Managers, Cost Consultants and Employer’s Agents on the development of a 500,000 sqft distribution centre by Barola Asset Management in Newbridge, Co Kildare, Ireland. German investor Union Investment has forward funded this logistics property. The works are to be completed to shell by TSL but include provision for the tenants’ office areas together with ancillary buildings, service yards, and parking. The distribution centre has been pre-let to the major European fashion retailer Primark, who plan to complete the fit-out and operate from mid-2024.
