Mowlem Trading Estate

The Phase 2 works commenced in Summer 2017 and are due to complete, over two consecutive sections, by Summer 2019. The value of the work is £6m and is let on a JCT D&B 2011; working around existing tenants within the trading estate necessitating a complicated phasing of builder’s works, and utilities installations and adaptations.
Superstructure for Section 1 is now underway and due to achieve water tightness by Spring 2018.
