The Phase 2 works commenced in Summer 2017 and are due to complete over two consecutive sections, by this Summer 2019. The value of the work is £6m and is let on a JCT D&B 2011; The project comprised of the demolition of existing industrial warehouse units, alterations to services, and construction of new industrial units. Working around existing tenants within the trading estate necessitating a complicated phasing of builder’s works, and utilities installations and adaptations. Phase 3 is now underway and due to complete in April 2020.
