Mountbatten House
Mountbatten House is Southampton’s one of the most prestigious office buildings located in the heart of the Business District. We were appointed as Project Managers, Cost Consultants and Employer’s Agents for the refurbishment of this Georgian building into an office space. The scheme comprised the refurbishment of 15,000 sqft office space to CAT A and B in line with Clockwise design standards. Works also included a new roof terrace, club-lounge coworking area, a cafe, a basement cycle and changing facilities.
