Mortimer Street

We are appointed as Project Managers for 27 Mortimer Street, a mixed-use office and retail building. The scheme comprised the new CLT rooftop extension to create a new 5th floor and refurbish the existing 2nd and 4th floors. Originally developed behind the retained facade in 1998, the building will be subject to a comprehensive refurbishment of office floors, reception, central plant and common parts. Works are undertaking whilst the building remains in occupation throughout.
