The project involves the reconfiguration of the existing red-bricked building’s residential floors with a mansard extension to create 31 high-end apartments. This consists of 12 studios, 14 1-bed, one 2-bed and six 3-bed. The project also included the construction of a rear extension to allow the rationalisation of the stair cores providing additional NIA and more efficient use of space along with the creation of a communal garden on 1st floor roof terrace. The complex structural alterations were completed whilst the retail units on the ground floor were kept operational during the works. Practical completion is due December 21.
