Link Logistics Park

Link Logistics Park is a 42-acre landmark development in Ellesmere Port, situated in a well-established industrial area occupied by market leaders. It will be the UK’s largest single cross-docked warehouse planned this year, larger than the nearby 640,000 sqft Regatta distribution centre. We’re thrilled to be part of this project as Project Managers and Cost Consultants to deliver the 760,000 sqft Link Logistics Park to the highest industry standards.

Our client Firethorn Trust has a strong commitment to sustainability standards for a project of this size. The design includes LED lighting to offices, photovoltaic arrays, 32 electric vehicle charging points and up to 25MV of power from a waste management facility that combusts wastes to produce electricity.

The completion is expected by Q4 2022.
