72,000ft sq warehouse for boat building/storage area on the ground floor, two mezzanine floors including sail loft, gym, changing rooms, 1st-floor offices for 100 people, and a canteen. The facility also consists of an Expedition and VIP area with views of Portsmouth Harbour waterfront from the 2nd and 3rd floors. The facility is the base for Ben Ainslie’s British American’s cup campaign team with boat building, landing, the full design and management teams. BREEAM excellent and zero carbon targeted.
