This project involved the extensive CAT B fit out of the basement, ground and first floor of the Express Building in Manchester. The works included working with the Landlord’s existing CAT A team to adapt the CAT A delivery and fit out the space to suit this large co-working environment, including 390 desks, 20 suites, hot-desking areas, event auditorium, podcast/broadcasting room, commercial grade catering kitchen, bar/events area, library, extensive meeting rooms and casual meeting space, totaling 25,000 sqft.
