We achieved practical completion for units 226 and 236 as comprehensive refurbishments at the extremely high profile estate Europa Trade Park on behalf of BlackRock. Unit 226, previously occupied by the NHS had been altered to accommodate patients and staff. For this reason, the original layout had to be reinstated including works to the M&E systems. Quartz acted as Project Managers and Cost Consultants on the project.
