Quartz are acting as Project Managers and Cost Consultant for the redevelopment of 34-37 Eastcastle St in Fitzrovia. The project will comprise excavation of a new basement below the existing lower ground floor with front, side and rear lightwells, complete refurbishment of the front elevation including installation of new traditionally detailed windows, high-quality traditionally detailed stall shop fronts and lightwells, in keeping with the conservation area, together with infill at roof level. Internally, works will create a high quality office, high quality retail and flexible use accommodation at the lower levels.
