Dundee Street

Dundee Street, purpose-built student accommodation scheme for our client CA Ventures achieved Practical Completion in September 2021. We were appointed as Project Managers and Cost Consultants for this 66,400 sqft scheme to provide 225 student accommodation units with a mix of clusters and studios with associated communal spaces, car parking, social space and external works. The project is located in Edinburgh city centre with great views of the Castle and Murrayfield, as well as a wide range of facilities in close proximity.
