Quartz delivered this impressive scheme on behalf of Schroders Real Estate Investment Management in January 2019. We acted as Project Manager, Cost Consultant and Employer’s Agent delivering the refurbishment of this landmark art deco department store built in 1926, once known as the Harrods of the East. The scheme comprised the development of 109,000 sqft of tech and media office space. This impressive space also boasts one of the first Hybrid VRF ac systems to be installed and completed in the UK.
