Church Walk House

Church Walk House is a development site located in North London off Finchley Road and Lyndale Avenue, NW2. We were appointed as Quantity Surveyor for the development comprising the new-build of 31 flats, 4 houses and 43 car parking spaces, nestled into a mature landscape. All houses and apartments benefit from private or access to a communal garden; terraces and balconies open out into the treetops. The project required extensive engagement with the local community and the construction team due to the site’s constrained nature, bound on all sides by existing residents.
