The 30,000 sqft development has been transformed into high-quality flexible office space. We were appointed as Project Managers, Cost Consultants, and Employer’s Agents to redevelop and extend the existing three-storey office building in central St Albans. Works also comprised of a full refurbishment of the ground to the 2nd floor, plus the creation of an additional floor for office space with a full replacement of the existing mansard roof into a flat roof design.

The building is BEEAM Excellent’ and EPC ‘B rated, and it includes 6 electric vehicle charging points, new LED and feature lighting, secure cycle storage, new VRV air conditioning and integrated BMS to allow efficient control from a central source, and other features.
