Planning consent was received in August 2020 to redevelop and extend the existing three storey office building in central St Albans for our client BMW UK Limited. The 41,000 sqft development starts construction in November and will comprise of a full refurbishment of the ground to 2nd floor, plus the creation of an additional floor for office space with a full replacement of the existing mansard roof into a flat roof design.
