The fit out incorporated 80,000 sqft Category A office refurbishment, including conversion from existing “Chilled Beam” installation to VRF and cooling installation, within an occupied building to TMT (media) specification.
1st floor, 6th floor and Reception Refurbishment were completed in 2017.
Practical Completion was achieved in April 2018 on the 5th floor at 15 Bonhill Street. The project comprised of the extension and CAT A fit-out of the space to create an open plan office space aimed at the TMT sector.
