We acted as Project Managers, Cost Consultants and Employer’s Agents to deliver a 4 Star Hyatt Hotel for Resolution Property. Works comprised the redevelopment of an existing building and extension of additional floors to create a 280 key Hotel. The scheme also includes a gym, a restaurant, and a skyline terrace bar, whilst we maintained access and minimised disruption to the trading retail units on the ground floor, and the surrounding residential neighbours. It achieved practical completion in April 2021.
