The landmark House of Fraser department store in Leamington Spa is being converted into Grade A offices and has now been renamed as Bedford Street Studios.
We are appointed as Project Managers, Cost Consultants and Employer’s Agents to deliver around 65,000 sqft of office accommodation and design studios. The scheme is in a conservation area that has been planned for Change of Use to Offices and involves core relocation within the floorplate.
Valeo Capital has pre-let 44,000 sqft of office space to a video game development services firm Sumo Group. This means the entire first and second floors of the building are now taken.
