The development is a new luxury retirement village of 126 units with the existing Redwood Hall as the main house, located between Fairland and Bristol. The scheme consists of 16 blocks, with one main block featuring several facilities, including; a restaurant, bar/ bistro, swimming pool with sauna and steam room, gym, spa and a library. The blocks are a mixture of single and double storey apartments, and two storey cottages. Quartz acted as PM, QS & EA, and the scheme finished on time and within budget.
