Audley Cooper's Hill
The development is a mix of refurbishment and new build of 128 apartments, including the main house at Cooper’s Hill, in Englefield Green. The restoration of the old Presidents Hall building which was built in the 1870s, has been converted into a swimming pool, health and wellbeing areas, bar and bistro.
The design involved adding a double storey lightweight steel frame to the locally listed presidents hall. A full refurbishment of the external facade to restore its glory was managed and delivered including the refurbishment of the 1900’s clock and bell.
