Anchorage Salford
Anchorage is a landmark development situated at the Head of the Erie Basin in Salford Quays. The site comprises 218,00sqft of office space set across four buildings. The project included an extensive multi-phase refurbishment including an enhanced atrium, gym / shower block, retail and public realm. Works included CAT A office refurbishments as well as CAT B fit-out works on behalf of incoming tenants. Quartz acted as PM / QS / EA on all phases of work.
