The project comprises the refurbishment and extension of an existing commercial building to new CAT ‘A’ Offices. The existing building was previously nine stories (including lower ground floor), and now has the top two and a half stories removed and replaced with a four-storey extension to give a total of 10 floors of office space, as new plant enclosure to the roof. Internally, a new central core has been established, housing new lifts, WC provision and riser provision.

New high specification tenant facilities have been constructed including a ground floor reception, and LG floor cycle storage and changing facilities.

The envelope required the retained red brick and Portland stone façade to be cleaned and repaired, with the new extension using matching materials and a slate mansard to match existing. New windows and doors have been installed across the entire development. The office space is served by new air-conditioning and recessed lights to a new suspended ceiling, with RAF throughout.
