We were appointed as Project Manager, Cost Consultants and Employer’s Agents to alter and refurbish a 32,000 sqft, 5 storey mid-terrace building originally developed in 2008 with a part retained listed façade. The property comprises 4 floors of offices, including a basement with a now changed use class to ‘Sui Generis’ to allow for flexible studio space. As for the construction process, cut outs were included to the front and rear as lightwells, whilst the lift was extended to upper levels and finished with exposed services for a contemporary look and feel throughout.
