Quartz have successfully Project Managed the new-build of a pair of semi-detached industrial units in Luton, with completion achieved in 2017. Prior to commencement, we advised and monitored the demolition. Phase 1 consisted of the demolition of two existing industrial units and ground remediation works and phase 2 involved gaining planning permission and re-adoption of the estate road with the construction of 2 No. light industrial units.
